陈浩伟教授于1987年从香港中文大学毕业。在麦克马斯特大学进一步培训后，他获得了加拿大、英国格拉斯哥和爱尔兰内科和血液科皇家医学院院士的资格。他于2016年回到中国加入香港大学深圳医院，参与医改工作。他主张以体检为切入点，建立全科医疗服务，实行全面健康管理。因此，香港大学深圳医院的健康管理部及其社区健康中心在2020-2021年被评为示范基地。在2021年他于重庆和上海莱佛士医院担任医疗副总监，直到2023年加入香港中文大学（深圳）医学院。
