个人简介

蒋成教授于2016年以双A优秀博士论文成绩毕业于澳大利亚新南威尔士大学化学系,随后在英国牛津大学医学系从事博士后研究。近年来主要聚焦在针对一线临床医学问题研制高/低通量生物传感器件的表面化学基础研究,首次将抗污染免疫磁珠(已申请专利)应用于大规模临床样本 (n>2000) 高纯度外泌体提取以及临床大样本序列生物标志物开发的转化医学方面。课题组在神经退行性疾病研究尤其是帕金森症方向取得了较好的成果:实现了目前单标志物诊断帕金森的最高纪录(AUC=0.86)以及双标志物区分帕金森及多系统萎缩症(MSA)的最高记录(AUC=0.93)。

曾独立主持(PI)John Fell Grant以及共同主持(Co-PI)Michael J. Fox Foundation grant(全球最大的帕金森样本库及基金会)。2020年获牛津大学医学院神经科学系早期职业生涯研究学者奖(Thomas Wills Early Career Researcher Prize, 每年一个名额)。目前担任10余本杂志(如Chem Comm, J Nanobiotechnology. ACS Chem Neurosci, Sens. Actuator B Chem, Biomacromolecules, Oncology Reports, ACS Appl. Bio Mater)特邀审稿人以及Photonics、Front. Bioeng. Biotechnol客座编辑,Extracellular Vesicles and Circulating Nucleic Acids(EVCNA)青年编委。
