个人简介

王勇斐教授自2005年起开始修读生物信息学专业,在福建农林大学取得生物信息学专业的学士和硕士学位,继而于2016年在香港大学获得该专业的博士学位。王勇斐教授过往的研究运用多组学数理分析的方法,探索自身免疫性疾病的遗传机制。在博士后研究期间,王勇斐教授参与了多项国内外合作项目,挖掘出了超过130个与系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)相关的基因座。结合功能基因组数据,进一步揭示了系统性红斑狼疮群体特异、细胞特异的遗传调控机制。截止至2022年,王勇斐教授发表了32篇学术论文,其中包括Nature Genetics, Nature Communications, Annals of the Rheumatic Diseases 和Arthritis & Rheumatology等学术期刊。王勇斐教授于2022年作为助理教授加入香港中文大学(深圳)医学院,王教授课题组未来的研究方向聚焦于如何将生物大数据转化为潜在的临床运用,辅助新药开发和疾病的早期诊断。
