个人简介

吾布力卡斯木医生2019年毕业于新疆医科大学，获学术型硕士学位。2019年8月至2022年8月在香港大学深圳医院完成外科住院医师培训。在住院医师培训期间，荣获香港大学深圳医院优秀住培医师。此外，他还成功考取了伦敦皇家医学院的创伤科学硕士课程，并在2022年的国际手术周年会上壁报形式发表了他的一项研究成果。2020年7月注册为香港外科学院委员会基础外科培训医师。

吾布力卡斯木医生2022年加入了香港中文大学（深圳）附属第二医院担任普通外科住院医师，主要从事胃肠、肝胆胰及疝疾病的外科诊疗。他于2024年4月成为主治医师。目前吾布力卡斯木医生是深圳市医师协会肿瘤多学科诊疗专业委员会委员、疝与腹壁外科医师委员会委员、创伤专业委员会委员。

作为一名兼具临床医生、科学家与教育者三重身份的从业者，他始终秉持三大核心追求：开拓创新教学方法、提升医学英语水平、系统化传承外科手术技能。他的教育理念聚焦于培养专业能力扎实、充满自信、具备全球沟通能力的外科医生。他的工作核心在于融合微创手术领域的先进临床经验与学术教育职责，持续指导并培训住院医师。他积极推动面向医学生与医务人员的专业英语教学，确保精湛的专业技术与国际化学术交流及多学科协作所需的语言能力相辅相成。
