个人简介
孙昊教授于1998年在南京大学取得博士学位,2002年在美国阿克伦大学获得计算机科学硕士学位。2001-2008年在俄亥俄州立大学分子病毒学、免疫学和医学遗传学系担任研究科学家和兼职助理教授;2008-2009年,在费城Wistar研究所担任生物信息学核心实验室联合主任;2009-2024年,他加入香港中文大学,先后担任李嘉诚健康科学研究所化学病理学助理教授、副教授、教授和生物医学计算中心主任。他的研究重点是发现和功能注释非编码RNA在肌肉干细胞中的转录调控机理,开发用于无创基因诊断的生物信息学工具,以及发现新的生物标志物用于癌症的诊断和个性化精准医疗。
孙教授曾分别担任Journal of Clinical Biochemistry和PLoS ONE的副主编和学术编辑。多年来,孙教授获得过香港特别行政区和中国内地政府支持的多项研究基金,如香港大学教育资助委员会优配基金项目(RGC/GRF)、卓越学科领域计划(AoE)、主题研究计划(TRS),以及香港和中国内地的国家自然科学基金委员会-研究资助局联合资助项目(NSFC-RGC)。他发表了130多篇同行评审出版物,引用次数超过12,000次,大部分文章都发表在著名期刊上如Cell、Cancer Cell、Molecular Cell、Science of Translational Medicine、Nature Medicine、Nature Communications、Genome Research和Nucleic Acids Research等。孙教授实验室现面向感兴趣的博士后、博士生、硕士生以及本科生交换生开放申请。
