个人简介
平质博士于新加坡南洋理工大学获得理学学士和博士学位。2017年至2024年期间,他就职于深圳华大生命科学研究院,担任主任科学家和副研究员。他目前的研究方向是DNA数据存储系统中的编码算法、集成系统与流程开发、合成生物学的生物信息学方法和其他BT-IT融合领域课题。他在Nature Computational Science, Advanced Science, National Science Review, GigaScience等知名期刊上发表了多篇论文,并被邀请为Nature Communications, Bioinformatics, BMC Bioinformatics, Computational And Structural Biotechnology Journal等期刊的审稿专家。他同时也是中国计算合成生物学专业委员会委员。他的研究项目获得了科技部国家重点研发计划项目,国家自然科学基金青年项目和深港澳科技计划(C类)等的支持。
