GUO, Xue
Assistant Professor
PhD (Fudan University)
B.S. (Wuhan University)
Dr. Guo obtained her PhD degree from Fudan University, where she studied key regulatory pathways involved in epigenetics. During her postdoc training at Stanford University, she became fascinated with membrane transport process and focused on lysosomal cystine transport. There she integrated structural, dynamic, and functional studies to investigate the interplay among lysosome transport, cellular signaling and human disease. In 2023, Dr. Guo joined the School of Life and Health Sciences as an Assistant Professor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen. She is a principal investigator at the Kobilka Institute of Innovative Drug Discovery.
