Fellow, International Society of Nephrology; Committee Member, ISN Research Committee; Chair, Committee of Nephrology, Asia-pacific Association of Medical Bio-immunology; Vice-chair, The Greater Bay Area League of Internal Medicine; Chair, Committee of Precious Medicine, Chinese Society for the Promotion of Science and Technology Commercialization; National Backbone Teacher, The Ministry of Education, China; National Excellent Young Teacher, The Ministry of Education, China.

Completed more than 10 national and international collaborative scientific research projects with totaling over 40 million yuan; Published over 100 SCI papers and trained over 100 Postdoc/PhD/Master students.
