Professor Yongbo Gao graduated from Jilin University in 2012.He is the Director of Department of Stomatology in The second hospital affiliated to Hong Kong Chinese University in Shenzhen (Shenzhen Longgang Central Hospital /The ninth People's Hospital in Shenzhen), Doctor of Dental Surgery, Professor, Chief Physician, Doctorr's Tutor, Postdoctoral Co-supervisor, Researcher of Shenzhen Institute affiliated to Peking University. He main research include building of the layer with gradient structure on dental implants and its mechanism of simulative periodontal membrane, classification of maxillary anterior teeth and its biomechanics and experimental mechanics research,surgical guide,dynamic navigation and robots for implant surgery. He has been undertaking one national “13th Five-Year”Plan key development project, one National Natural Science Foundation project, one project funded by Guangdong Science and Technology Department, one Guangdong Natural Science Foundation project, more than 10 projects funds by Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Committee. He awarded 5 scientific and technological progress in province and municipal level, obtained 1 software copyright , 34 patents. He published one textbook,2 academic monograph,one translation,and 65 papers, including 15 papers indexed by SCI and EI.
