Abstract

柔性生物传感器能够直接作用于柔性生物组织,并快速获取生物体液中的生物标志物信息,是目前国际上诊断和监测领域的研究热点。合理设计柔性传感材料和器件是构建高性能柔性生物传感器的重要环节。传感材料与生物体之间的相互作用对柔性生物传感器的即时诊断应用具有重要影响。光化学传感器能够利用光学信号的变化选择性地获取体液中标志物的化学信息。我们开发了适用于柔性生物组织的水凝胶传感材料。并且,我们以此为基础开发了一系列体外、穿戴式和介/植入式柔性光化学生物传感器。该柔性光化学生物传感器不仅能够提高传感器在柔性生物组织的传感效率,而且能够同时实现体液中生物标志物的连续定量监测。我们开发的柔性光化学生物传感器有助于复杂疾病的即时诊断和动态监测。
 

Biography

姜楠,教授、博士生导师,国家海外高层次青年人才、四川省特聘青年科技人才,国际先进材料学会会士,曾在哈佛大学、帝国理工学院和斯坦福大学从事博士后研究和学术访问。现就职于四川大学华西基础医学与法医学院、“生物打印与医用传感”研究室负责人,中国生物材料学会材料生物力学与力学生物学分会委员, 中国生物医学工程学会青年工作委员会委员。近年来发表高水平论文70余篇,其中在PNAS、Matter、Adv. Mater. (2篇)、Adv. Funct. Mater. (5篇)、Trend Biotechnol、ACS Nano、Adv. Sci.、Biosens. Bioelectron.(5篇)等国际期刊上发表第一作者和通讯作者论文47篇,期刊封面论文5篇、ESI高被引论文1篇、热点论文1篇,被引用4700余次、H指数37,授权国家发明专利8项、美国发明专利1项, 成果转化1项。美国CNN、哈佛大学Harvard Gazette,麻省理工科技评论DeepTech,英国BBC网站、四川卫视等十余家主流媒体报道。荣获国际可穿戴计算顶级会议(ISWC)“Honorable Mentions” 奖、国际先进材料学会(IAAM)“Young Scientist Medal”奖、哈佛医学院 “Excellence in Innovation”奖。担任Advanced Devices&Instrumentation编委、期刊Sensors编委、期刊The Innovation青年编委、期刊Advanced Fiber Materials青年编委、期刊Biosensors专题编辑、期刊Micromachines客座编辑,并兼任Sci. Transl. Med.、Adv. Mater等40余本国际权威期刊通讯审稿人。主持国家自然科学基金、省基金等9项。指导学生获得国家级大创立项,两届全国大学生基础医学创新研究暨实验设计论坛全国金奖、四川省国际大学生创新大赛金奖、 “挑战杯”全国大学生课外学术作品竞赛四川省特等奖、首届四川省大学生创新年会一等奖等。
