Approved by the Ministry of Education, the School of MEDICINE at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen will offer three new full-time research programmes: M.Phil.-Ph.D. in Pharmacology, M.Phil.-Ph.D. in Computational Biology and Health Informatics and M.Phil.-Ph.D. in Epidemiology and Biostatistics. Three programmes will enroll their first batch of students in the fall of 2025, and the relevant admission work is about to commence. 

CUHK-Shenzhen MEDICINE seeks to nurture outstanding innovative and caring medical talents with an international perspective. Drawing on the first-class educational foundation and teaching experience of CU MEDICINE (established in 1981, ranked 25^th in the QS World University Rankings by Subject 2025), and fully embracing the advanced philosophy of medical schools in China and abroad, the School has identified a well-established education system covering undergraduate, master and doctoral training, and will actively explore a new model of medical education that integrates Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Currently, the School is open for postgraduate admission in the MPhil-PhD programme in Biological Sciences, MPhil-PhD programme in Biomedical Engineering, and Master of Science in Bioinformatics.
